Kingsport Economic Development Board Releases Meeting Dates For 2025

Regular Meeting Schedule

The Kingsport Economic Development Board (KEDB) has released its official meeting schedule for 2025, setting meetings for the first Tuesday of each month, with a few exceptions to accommodate holidays and organizational requirements. Unless otherwise noted, meetings will take place on the following dates:

• January 14
• February 4
• March 4
• April 1
• May 6
• June 3
• July 8
• August 5
• September 9
• October 7
• November 4
• December 2

Highlighted Exceptions

January 14 – This marks the board’s Annual Meeting, which is mandated by the organization's charter to be held on the second Tuesday of January.

July 8 – This meeting has been moved from the first Tuesday to the second Tuesday due to the July 4th holiday.

September 9 – Similarly, the September meeting has been rescheduled to the second Tuesday to accommodate the Labor Day holiday.

All meetings will be held at the Kingsport Chamber, 400 Clinchfield Street, Suite 100, in the Eastman Board Room, unless otherwise notified. The Economic Development Board encourages community members, business leaders, and stakeholders to stay engaged and participate in discussions that impact Kingsport’s economic growth and development.
