NOTICE OF MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Industrial Development Board of the City of Kingsport, Tennessee (the "Board") will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on December 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, 400 Clinchfield Street, Suite 100, Kingsport, Tennessee 37660 to consider and act upon all business which may properly come before the Board, said business to include, but not necessarily be limited to the consideration and approval of a payment in lieu of taxes agreement related to the construction and operation of two buildings for manufacturing, distribution and sales operations to be located at Shipley Ferry Road, Kingsport, Tennessee.
